Their mazemen is always my favorite. No matter is the chashu, the mince pork, runny eggs, ramen egg and their secret umami vinegar, everything is super tasty and even the green onions are amazing in the dish. I love how chewy their noddles are. It's my favorite local noodle restaurant. Highly recommended.

One of the best Japanese spots I've ever happened upon. The mazemen deluxe bowl tasted like a thicker ramen since it doesn't include as much broth as normal ramen. This gave it a creamier, saucey texture. Highly recommend.

Gf + vegan options!! so grateful that they provide these on their menu. the vegan mazemen was awesome. also, you can order a sour by playing a dice game and i won a free one. i think it's generous that they offer a free drink as one of the prizes. the sudachi and yuzu flavors are delicious and not too sweet.

We tried the Impossible Tokyo Vegan Mazemen, the Asari Tonkotsu and Vegan Ramen. They are all very delicious. It was our first time trying the Ramen without broth. There were different combination of toppings that mixed in with the noodle and a spicy sauce. It is different but we liked it. We arrived at 4:55pm and there were already 2 groups of customers waiting in front of us. The place slowly filled up. Service is good, people are friendly. They have outdoor dining too. Will definitely return to try their other dishes.

This is my first time trying mazemen ramen style and I love it! If you love dry noodle but with a lot of sauce and poached eggs, you will like this bowl of ramen! The place is small but very nice. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended!
